- Presented two prototype options, and convinced Kitaro to prioritize building out the algorithm, as according to my cost-benefit analysis would have higher gains
- Analyzed partner-curated dataset existing in Excel, and helped interpret metrics to create a scoring algorithm
- Integrated the client into existing Agile Scrum ceremonies, including grooming& demos
- Gained client buy-in to leverage a free tool, Metabase, to assist in building and visualizing the algorithm and user data
- Led iterative user experience exploration with the partner using Invision to gather user feedback
