2018-2019

Silverline Academy

In July of 2018, I joined Silverline as a Business Analyst.  Silverline is a Salesforce Consulting Platinum partner that specializes in Financial Services and Health and Life sciences.  I was accepted into their very competitive Academy, where I learned Salesforce and Silverline’s consulting standards & methodology for 3 months.  In this learning environment, I was able to leverage my past experience as a Scrum Product Owner and as a Consultant to lead exercises within the academy, and also pivot my focus on the "harder" skills of Salesforce configuration.

After the Academy, I became a Certified Salesforce Admin and a Senior Business Analyst on multiple healthcare and finance related projects.  Because my skillset lent itself well to the organization's Engagement Manager role, I was often utilized in that capacity in addition to configuration and solutioning. 

Internal Initiatives

During my time at Silverline, I was tapped for multiple internal initiatives, including being a representative for Change Management within our organization, and being a part of Design Sprints (as created by Google Ventures) to solve large organizational challenges. Due to my expertise in JIRA, I also became the company’s JIRA administrator. I also led efforts for Women in Tech as part of our diversity initiative, Silverline Allies, and have contributed to workshops to redo the community knowledge base for Non-Profit Pledge 1%.
