Vital League
An owner of a local Cross Fit gym and Lululemon brand ambassador and his wife, who is a successful fitness and lifestyle blogger conceived Vital League in the way that many successful products are: solving an existing problem with validated need.
The founders both had been creating and managing fitness challenges for large groups of participants for years, bootstrapping the process with Facebook groups, email, and spreadsheets. As LookFar's Product Manager, I led a Strategy Session to create the feature set for an MVP that would meet their goals and fit their budget.
Product Management Milestones:

- Educated partner in the ways of the Lean Startup method, agreeing on features that would provide the most business value at a feasible cost
- Integrated the client into existing Agile Scrum ceremonies, including grooming & demos
- Created JIRA role and permissions scheme for client to streamline feature requests and bug reporting
- Led development of scalable MVP that has built-in revenue generating functions
- Collaborated with Lead Engineer to define complex business logic layers present in both the frontend and backend of the web application
